AGREEMENT (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT):

The licensee is authorized to use the current version of the the software free of charge.

The licensee may not redistribute the software, whether for a charge or not for a charge. (Copyright on the software is maintained by Norman A Spier.)

The licensee agrees that use of the software is entirely at the risk of the licensee, that the licensor is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use of the software.
